While logged into lolesports.com, watch live games or VODs from the current split of a professional league to earn: Blue Essence, a Hextech Chest + Key, and a lolesports.com exclusive Emote that you can spam repeatedly when you walk away from that teamfight with 5 HP left and a K in your K/D/A!

**Drops**
We’re excited to bring Drops back for MSI in 2021! Since launching Drops in Summer of 2020, we’ve been listening to your feedback and have been working to improve the experience. This year, as we celebrate the best teams in each league at the mid-year mark, log in to lolesports.com and watch live MSI games for a chance to grab some cool rewards!
**Rewards**
Ok, so once a drop triggers, what is at stake? In the past, we did Blue Essence and capsules as a show of thanks, along with other exclusive items from our partners. This year, nearly everyone will have the chance to score one of these lolesports.com Drops-exclusive Icons and Emotes:
Additionally, every day we’ll be dropping some in-game content that you have a chance to get! These drops will be flagged as Rare or Hyper-Rare and you’ll get some additional callouts when you get it! All of this plus surprise rewards from our partners, such as sweepstakes entries, rare branded Hextech Chests, discounts, and chances to get exclusive content!
With everything going on, we didn’t get a chance to make a decent sharing feature, but you all are resourceful! If you get a rare drop, grab a screenshot and share it on your favorite platform! Don’t forget to @lolesports!

*When & where can I get Drops?*
Each day during the tournament, logged in viewers on lolesports.com who are watching the live broadcast may have a chance to get a loot drop from Riot or one of our partners. Drops only happen during the live broadcast, not VODs, so make sure you’re logged in and opted-in for Drops and Rewards to participate!
During each stage of MSI, we’ll be triggering Drops when special moments happen. We heard your feedback about the frequency of Drops, so we’re super excited to let you know that you have a chance to get way more Drops than before. Will we drop when there’s a tower dive that goes wrong in the top lane? What about when Baron Nashor is stolen? Every moment during the MSI broadcast can be worthy of a Drop, so keep watching and good luck!
The number of Drops depends on several factors with regard to how the games play out. The more epic plays and exciting moments in a single game, the more Drops you are likely to see, but the conditions for triggering them are not always pre-determined or guaranteed.
For all of the exclusive Icons and Emotes, you’ll have multiple chances to earn them. If you earn one multiple times, you’ll only get one in game but multiple cards online.
*Where do I redeem my Drops?*
Each drop card will include information about how to redeem it. In-game items will usually be delivered directly to your account within 24 hours. If you win a merch item, Riot Support will contact you within 30 days to arrange delivery.
*How can I check if I’ve received Drops?*
Simply log in on lolesports.com with your RiotID and go to the Rewards tab to check on your drops.
*Can I get Drops by watching VODs?*
Unfortunately, drops are not available on VODs.
*Can I receive Drops while watching in full-screen?*
Yes! As long as you are watching on lolesports.com and logged into your Riot account, you will receive drops.
*Do I need to use a specific browser?*
For the best watching experience, we recommend using Firefox, Chrome, or Edge browsers. Also, be sure to disable any ad blocker software you use to ensure you don’t miss any drops.
*Is there a limitation on which Drops I can get?*
Most drops are available globally, but some can be region-blocked if they're dedicated to a specific country, region or partner. If you have a Riot account you will be able to receive drops, however, at this time, Tencent and Garena accounts aren't supported.
*I saw other viewers receiving Drops, but I didn’t – what happened?*
Some drops have a limited number of rewards, while others are given to everyone watching. The quantities depend on the reward, so cross your fingers that you get lucky!
*Why did I receive a different reward from another viewer?*
Some drops have multiple rarity tiers. A higher rarity tier usually means a better reward – for example, some viewers may receive one specific ingame item, whereas other lucky viewers may get another in-game item. Pay attention to the rarity of the card and good luck!
*Something went wrong with my Drop – what should I do?*
First, don’t panic! Nothing is lost! Make sure that you’re logged in on lolesports.com with your Riot Account. Ensure that you have a green tick on your live player.
If you get an error message or something else goes wrong with your drop, immediately [contact Riot Support][1], who will try to resolve the issue.
