The last regional Split, with each region running their own Split format and style. The top three teams qualify to Worlds.

Top 14 teams based on results from Split 2 participate.
Group Stage
Teams are broken up into two groups: Ascend (8 teams) and Nirvana (6 teams) based on split 2 performance. Each group plays double round robin matches. The top 4 teams of Group Ascend directly qualify for Playoffs. The remaining teams from Group Ascend and the top four of Group Nirvana qualify for Playoffs Play-In.
Playoffs Play-In Knights Rival
Eight teams are seeded into 4 qualifying best of 5 matches. The winner from each of these matches qualify for Playoffs.
Playoffs
Eight teams come together for a double elimination bracket with the top team qualifying for Worlds.
Regional Finals
The top four teams in Championship Points participate in a seeded elimination bracket. The winner of the opening match (first seed against the second) qualifies for Worlds. The loser plays against the winner of second series (third seed against the fourth) for the last spot at Worlds.
