With the LCS kicking off this weekend, and the current situation surrounding COVID-19 (the coronavirus) in Los Angeles, we wanted to update fans for our broadcast this season..
Starting with LCS Lock In today, and for the foreseeable future, the broadcast will remain fully remote. While we’re disappointed we have to start another split remotely, we’ll continue working hard to deliver the best possible broadcast product we can.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and remain under a remote setup until conditions improve. Whenever it is safe to do so, and in accordance with state and local guidelines, we’ll gradually re-open the LCS Arena by prioritizing a limited on-site talent crew and analyst desk.
