LCK와 관련된 콘텐츠를 제작하여 커뮤니티에 공유하고 싶어 하시는 콘텐츠 크리에이터분들이 많다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 콘텐츠 크리에이터 여러분이 라이엇 게임즈의 일반적인 콘텐츠 관련 정책을 준수하고 안전하게 LCK 영상을 콘텐츠 제작에 사용하실 수 있도록 다음 가이드라인을 준비했습니다.

LCK 콘텐츠 크리에이터 가이드라인 (2022.06.13) --------------------------------

LCK IP의 정의

LCK IP란 LCK의 자원으로 제작된 모든 지적 재산을 의미하며 아래의 범주를 포함합니다.

• 사진

• 동영상

• 공식 경기 방송

• LCK 브랜드 (로고, 명칭 등)

• LCK와 그 하부리그(LCK 챌린저스, LCK 아카데미 시리즈)를 포함

• 기타 (트로피, LoL Park, LCK Arena 등)

크리에이터는 콘텐츠 제작에 필요한 모든 LCK IP는 크리에이터 당사자가 적법한 방법을 통해 직접 수급하여야 합니다. 단, Worlds(롤드컵), MSI, 글로벌 올스타전 등 국제대회 관련한 IP는 LCK의 IP에 포함되지 않으며, 국제대회 IP를 활용한 컨텐츠 가이드는 매 대회마다 별도로 공지됩니다.

LCK IP 를 활용한 컨텐츠

본 가이드라인에서 벗어나지 않는다면, LCK IP를 활용한 콘텐츠 종류에는 제한을 두지 않습니다. 크리에이터 여러분들의 다양한 아이디어로 재미있는 콘텐츠 제작을 기대합니다.

• 콘텐츠 크리에이터는 당일의 생방송이 종료되는 즉시 LCK 생방송 영상을 본인의 스트리밍이나 대회 반응 영상에 사용할 수 있습니다.

• LCK 생방송이 진행 중일 때에는 경기 화면을 동시 스트리밍하거나 온라인으로 함께 시청할 수 없습니다. (* 단, LCK Watch Party 스트리머는 제외)

• 크리에이터는 본인의 스트리밍이나 영상에 LCK 생방송 영상 클립을 포함할 수 있습니다. 이때, LCK 생방송 영상 클립은 대회 화면을 15분 동안 연이어서 보여줄 수 없습니다.

• 스트리밍 및 영상은 한 경기의 클립을 3개까지 포함할 수 있습니다. 각 클립은 15분 제한 규칙을 충족해야 합니다.

• 크리에이터의 고유한 아이디어와 노력에 기반한 자체적인 크리에이티브가 반드시 포함되어야 합니다. LCK에서 제공한 콘텐츠를 자체적인 제작 분량 없이 미러링하는 행위는 금지됩니다. (* 예: LCK 채널에 업로드된 VOD를 동일하게 업로드 하는 행위)

• 어떠한 경우에도 LCK 스폰서사의 로고를 가리거나, 제거하거나, 변환해서는 안 됩니다.

• 생방송 및 게임플레이 영상의 게임 내 음향은 콘텐츠 제작에 사용할 수 있습니다. 하지만 생방송 중 사용된 음악은 콘텐츠 제작에 사용할 수 없습니다. 또한, 모든 LCK 관련 콘텐츠는 링크된 [라이엇 지식재산 이용 정책]을 반드시 준수해야 하며, 아래에 설명된 부적절한 내용을 포함할 수 없고, 상업적 활용에 대한 가이드를 따라야 합니다.

부적절한 내용의 포함

LCK의 위상 하락, LCK IP 가치의 하락이 있을 수 있는 부적절한 내용이 포함되어서는 안됩니다. LCK 및 콘텐츠 소비자에게 부적절하거나, 불쾌하거나, 피해를 주거나, 또는 명예를 훼손하는 내용을 포함한 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 없습니다.

부적절한 내용이 확인되는 경우 LCK는 해당 콘텐츠의 게시 중단을 요구할 수 있으며 LCK 파트너 크리에이터 자격을 즉시 말소할 수 있습니다. LCK IP가 활용된 콘텐츠로 인해 사회적/법적 문제가 발생할 경우, 그 책임은 콘텐츠 제작 주체에게 있습니다.

• 정치적 발언

• 성/인종차별적 발언

• 사행성 발언

• 리그 및 리그 구성원 비방

• Riot Games, Riot Games 의 제품에 대한 폄훼

• 추측성 발언 및 허위 사실 유포 - 기타 논란이 될 수 있는 인원의 출연 및 행위

LCK IP의 상업적 활용

개인적이고 비상업적인 목적과 형태, 방식으로만 LCK IP를 활용한 콘텐츠를 제작하고 이용할 수 있으며, LCK 와의 서면 협의 없이 이 콘텐츠 자체에 대한 판매, 접근 권한 또는 어떤 형태로든 소유권 등을 양도하는 대가로 다른 사람이나 단체에게 요금이나 보상을 요구해서는 안됩니다.

LCK IP에 기반한 콘텐츠는 LCK IP를 자의적으로 변형하여 LCK 브랜드를 훼손하거나 시장가치를 하락시켜서는 안됩니다. 단, 유튜브, 트위치의 플랫폼 기반 광고처럼, 무료 콘텐츠면서 시스템 등을 통해 광고 수익, 기부, 구독 기반 혜택, 프리미엄 서비스 혜택 등을 받는 것은 허용됩니다.

불가능한 상업적 활용 사례

• LCK 경기 영상의 리그 스폰서 및 라이엇 로고를 다른 광고 소재로 가린 채로 콘텐츠 내에서 활용하는 행위

• LCK IP 기반 콘텐츠에서 LCK가 아닌 다른 주체로부터 별도 협찬을 받아 이벤트나 유료 광고를 내 진행하는 행위.

We know content creators are eager to cover the event and share their content related to the LCK with the community. In order to help content creators meet our Riot Games' standard content policy and ensure that they can safely publish footage that features the LCK Videos, we have outlined the following guidelines:

About LCK IP

It refers to any intellectual property (IP) created with LCK’s resources and includes the following categories:

• Photographs

• Videos

• Official match (Official match broadcasting)

• LCK Brand (Logo, Title… etc)

• LCK & LCK’s Official Minor Leagues (LCK Challengers, LCK Academy Series)

• Others (Trophies, LoL Park, LCK Arena, etc.)

All LCK IP required for content production must be directly supplied by the creator in a legitimate way. However, the IP related to international competitions such as Worlds (LOL Cup), MSI, and Global All-Star Game is not included in LCK’s IP, and the content guide using the IP of international competitions will be announced separately for each competition.

Utilize Content from LCK IP

Where it does not violate the LCK Partner Creator Rules & Guidelines, there are no restrictions on the types of content that are available for creation. We look forward to creating interesting content with various ideas from our partner creators.

• Creators may stream or post VODs of LCK content that includes broadcast footage starting immediately after the daily broadcast ends.

• No co-streaming or virtual watch parties are permitted during the LCK broadcasting live. (*Except for LCK Watch Party Streamer)

• Creators may include LCK broadcast footage clips within streams or VODs. Clips taken from the LCK broadcast must contain less than 15 consecutive minutes of broadcast footage.

• Streams and VODs may include up to three clips per match, as long as each clip does not exceed the 15-minute time limit.

• Be sure to include your own creatives based on the creator's unique ideas and efforts. Mirroring of content provided by LCK without its own production is prohibited. (* ex: Uploading the same VOD uploaded to the LCK channel)

• LCK Partner logos may not be obscured, removed, or modified in any way.

• In-game audio from the broadcast and gameplay footage may be used and published. However, music from the broadcast must be removed or muted. In addition, all LCK-related content must follow the rules outlined in the [Legal Jibber Jabber], must not contain inappropriate content as described below, and must follow the guidelines for commercial use.

Inclusion of Inappropriate Content

It must not contain inappropriate content that may cause a decline in the status of the LCK or a decline in the value of the LCK IP. You may not create content containing content that is inappropriate, objectionable, damaging, or defamatory to LCK and its content consumers.

If any content is found to be inappropriate, the LCK may demand that the content be taken down and the LCK Partner Creator status may be immediately terminated. If a social/legal problem arises due to content using LCK IP, then the responsibility lies with the content creator.

Examples of Inappropriate content:

• Political remarks

• Discriminatory remarks on gender / race

• Speculative remarks

• Slander against the League or Team Members

• Disparaging Riot Games and Riot Games-related products

• Guessing and dissemination of false facts

• Controversial guest appearance, and other controversial acts

Commercial use of LCK IP

Contents using LCK IP can be produced and used only for personal and non-commercial purposes, forms, and methods. You must not solicit any fee or compensation from any other person or entity in exchange for the sale, access, or transfer of ownership in any form to this content itself without written agreement with LCK.

In addition, content based on LCK IP must not damage the LCK brand or reduce the market value by arbitrarily modifying the LCK IP. However, in the case of free content, such as platform-based advertisements (e.g. YouTube and Twitch), receiving advertising revenue, donations, subscription-based benefits, premium service benefits, etc. in the system, etc. is permitted.

Cases not available for commercial use:

• An act of using the league sponsor and Riot logo of the LCK match video in the content while covering it with other advertising materials

• An act of running events or paid advertisements with separate sponsorship from entities other than LCK in LCK IP-based content.
