The fourth season of the PCS is set to kick off with 10 teams participating in a cross-regional esports league spanning Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.

Riot found that the player Yu-Long “LONG” Ma (馬鈺龍) from the Pacific Championship Series (PCS) breached Rule 8.1.1.1 (Collusion) of the League of Legends PCS 2023 Ruleset by attempting to manipulate the outcome of a match for monetary gain by colluding with an external individual that is known to provide online betting and account boosting services. Consequently, Riot decided to ban Yu-Long “LONG” Ma (馬鈺龍) for 18 months from participating in all Riot-affiliated competitions.
