The second regional Split, with each region running their own Split format and style. The top two teams from each region qualify for MSI.

Event Phases
Every team from this region participate.
Group Stage
Teams are broken up into four groups. Each group plays double round robin matches. The top 2 teams from each group qualify directly to Group Ascend. The third place teams play a double elimination bracket where the top two teams qualify to Group Ascend. All remaining teams create Group Nirvana.
Rumble Stage
Teams are broken up into 2 groups: Ascend (10 teams) and Nirvana (6 teams). Group Ascend plays double round robin matches and Group Nirvana play single round robin. The top four teams of Group Ascend qualify directly for the Playoffs. The bottom six teams from Group Ascend and top two teams from Group Nirvana qualify for the Playoffs Play-In. The bottom 2 ranked teams from Group Nirvana are eliminated from LPL split 2 and split 3.
Playoffs Play-In Knights Rival
Eight teams are seeded into 4 qualifying best of 5 matches. The winner from each of these matches qualify for Playoffs.

Eight teams come together for a double elimination bracket with the top two teams qualifying for MSI.
