The second regional Split, with each region running their own Split format and style. The top two teams from each region qualify for MSI.

Event Phases
Every team from this region participate.
Regular Season
Teams are broken up into four groups. Each group plays single round robin matches. Teams are then split into two groups based on their position in the first stage (2 from each group; 3 from the last group are part of top group with the rest of teams being put in bottom group). These two groups play single round robin matches. The top four teams from the top group qualify directly to Playoffs. The next six teams (four from top group and two from bottom group) then continue to a single elimination play-in tournament. The top two teams qualify for playoffs, for a total of six teams qualifying to playoffs.
Playoffs
Six teams come together for a double elimination bracket with the top two teams qualifying for MSI.
