Age Restrictions

Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 19+.

Banners, Signs, and Flags Policy

All banners, signs, and flags must be event-related and must not display:

• Commercial messages or logos
• Political content, regional/separatist or national flags, or endorsements
• Offensive or obscene language
• Graphic depictions that could offend or embarrass other attendees

Guidelines for attendees:

• Maximum size: 60cm x 60cm; must be small enough for one person to hold
• Must not obstruct the view of others
• Material should be lightweight (vinyl, cloth, paper, etc.)
• Poles, sticks, or other supports are not allowed
• Each attendee may display only one banner, sign, or flag

LED signs are permitted if they comply with these guidelines and do not exceed 60cm x 60cm.

Riot Games reserves the right to remove any banner, sign, or flag that violates this policy or, in its sole judgment, may be offensive or obstruct other attendees’ views.

Camera Policy

The event staff reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Cameras with professional/interchangeable lenses will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods, gimbals, selfie-sticks or flash. Professional audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless approved by the event. Unauthorized live streaming on social media and other forms of communication platforms from professional and personal devices is prohibited.

Cosplay & Props Policy

Cosplay is welcome at the event, with the following restrictions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees:

Face Coverings & Visibility:

• Full-face or partial-face coverings are not permitted.
• Attendees must remain recognizable at all times and have unobstructed vision.

Size & Maneuverability:

• Maximum dimensions: 1.2m wide, 1.8m long, 2.4m tall.
• Costumes must allow safe navigation of stairs, ramps, and walk-through metal detectors (76cm wide, 203cm tall).
• Attendees must be able to sit in their seats without obstructing others’ views.

Armor & Weapons:

• Armor must be free of sharp edges, spikes, or bladed surfaces; metal and wood costumes are prohibited.
• All swords or bladed props must be blunt, lightweight, and non-metallic.
• Firearms, air guns, cap guns, realistic replicas, and bows are not allowed. Prop firearms must be made of foam or light plastics and clearly non-functional.
• Worbla and 3D-printed props are allowed if they meet the above weapon restrictions.
• Props must be used only as part of the costume; do not swing or brandish in a threatening manner. Posing for photos in a dramatic manner is allowed if it appears safe.

Prohibited Items & Effects:

• Liquids, gels, smoke effects, fire, explosives, air horns, cowbells, or any substances that create noise or mess are not allowed.
• Any item deemed hazardous or disruptive by event security, Riot, or local authorities may be confiscated.

All costume and prop decisions are at the sole discretion of the local Police Department, Riot Games, and/or Event Security. Non-compliant items may be confiscated without return. Everyone attending The League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational must have a valid ticket for entry, regardless of costume. 

Bag Policy

Bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 45.7cm x 57cm x 19cm are prohibited. Buggies and prams are also not permitted inside the venue; DCC - Daejeon Convention Center does not provide an area to check bags, coats, prams, buggies or any other personal belongings. Multi Entry

Re-entry will be permitted with a wristband. 

Prohibited Items

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are not permitted at the event: anything that is or may be illegal, including fireworks, laser pens, smoke canisters, bottles, glass containers, and cans; country flags, banners, poles, or any other object that, in the reasonable judgment of event staff, could pose a danger or cause disruption to the event or other visitors, regardless of its legality or intended purpose; drones; whistles, air horns, electronic noise makers, or vuvuzelas; and any projectile items such as beach balls, frisbees, bats, clubs, or selfie-sticks. Additionally, laptops, tablets, computers, and any other items deemed by local police, Riot Games, or Event Security to be disruptive, unsafe, or a risk to public safety are prohibited. Pets are not allowed at the event, except for recognized service animals.

Outside food is permitted within the venue provided it is sealed or stored in an appropriate container. All beverages must be contained in plastic vessels with secure, closable lids. Cans, glass bottles, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

General Admission

On days with general admission, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sections will be opened at the discretion of security and ticketing teams, and some areas may be closed by production for broadcast needs.

FILMING NOTICE

This is a live broadcast event. At the venue, you may be captured on film or video, and your image and likeness may appear in a direct broadcast and be used in the film. By participating at this event, YOU CONFIRM YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT RIOT MAY USE YOUR IMAGE AND LIKENESS FOR TOURNAMENT COVERAGE AND MARKETING PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE VIDEO BEING SHOT, and in any final version of the video or film, including, without limitation, direct broadcast, commercial exhibition, promotion, sale, rental, resale, or other use or disposition of the content being produced. Riot may store and use this content for as long as may be reasonably required to achieve these purposes. Riot, including its affiliates and media partners, may use the content globally, without any territorial limitations.

LIGHT SENSITIVITY NOTICE
WARNING: STROBE LIGHTS AND FLASHING LIGHT EFFECTS

This event includes the use of strobe lights, flashing lights, and other visual effects that may not be safe for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitivities.

Individuals who may be affected by such visual effects are strongly encouraged to take appropriate precautions.

By attending this event, you acknowledge and accept this.

Ejection and Enforcement Policy

We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone. Harassment, bullying, or aggression, whether verbal, physical, or written directed toward any Riot, production or venue staff or other attendees will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, intimidation, threats, derogatory language, and unwelcome physical contact. Riot, the venue, and event security reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse admission or eject any individual from the event, without a refund, who (a) fails to comply with these event policies and/or other similar event rules, or (b) engages in illegal activity, disruptive or unsafe behavior, or whose conduct is deemed by event staff to pose a risk to the safety, security, or enjoyment of others at the venue. Such ejected individuals may also be prohibited from attending future Riot events. These enforcement measures are in addition to, and do not limit, any other rights or remedies available to Riot under applicable law.
