MSI is taking a fresh approach to Drops this year. We have made some exciting updates based on feedback from fans! The biggest change, we’re delivering the Esports 2024 Capsule to every witnessed Penta, Dragon steal, and Baron steal that happens. Plus, for each major moment of MSI, we’ll also be rewarding Champions, new unique emotes, and a couple of collectible legacy emotes.

Drops

By logging in to LoLEsports.com with your Riot ID, you can catch a drop whenever it happens. Drops are randomized and can happen at any time during a match.

If you don’t receive a Drop for a few days, that is perfectly normal. In fact, you may even receive more than one drop in a single day! If you encounter any issues, please refer to our FAQs below or follow @LoLEsports on Twitter for updates and information.

Setup for Drops: Watch all of MSI at LoLEsports.com logged in with your Riot ID. A green checkmark on the player page signifies you're all set.

Drop Availability: Drops occur exclusively during live broadcasts. Make sure you're logged in and watching live to participate.

Redeeming Drops: Instructions are provided with each drop. In-game items typically arrive within 24 hours; merch items will be arranged via Riot Support.

Checking Received Drops: Log into LoLEsports.com and visit the Rewards tab to see your collected drops.

Viewing Requirements: Full-screen viewing is supported, and specific browsers like Firefox, Chrome, or Edge are recommended for the best experience. Disabling ad blockers is recommended to ensure delivery!

Region-Specific Drops and Support

While most drops are globally available, some may be restricted by region due to partnerships or regulations.

If you get an error message or something else goes wrong with your drop, contact Riot Support to resolve your issue.
