TLDR:
The LEC Summer Split is almost here! We’re heading into the most important stage of the season as the road to Worlds begins. This is the moment teams, players, and fans have been building toward all year.
The stakes are high and pressure is on, only the teams that rise to the occasion will proceed to the biggest stage. With three arena events, a fan-favourite format, and Worlds qualification on the line, the upcoming months are going to be incredible.
Here is everything you need to know about what’s going to be a phenomenal split with the format, schedule, and how you can get a hold of tickets to watch the mind-blowing plays in person.
The 2026 LEC Summer Split will feature the format you all know and love by now.
Our ten teams will compete in a single round robin of Best-of-Threes before the top six progress into a Playoffs bracket made up entirely of Best-of-Fives.
The Playoffs will be a seeded double elimination bracket, with the potential for upsets, grudge matches, and high-stakes showdowns as teams fight tooth and nail to secure their spot at EMEA’s crowning event, the Summer Finals.

Running from July 24 to September 20, the Summer Split is going to be huge with nine weeks straight of peak League of Legends. There will be no mid-season breaks so teams can maintain their momentum all the way to finals and you won’t be left stranded with no LEC to watch for a week.
The new Studio Stage at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin has also allowed us to be more flexible with the schedule. Our regular season will be expanded, running four days a week (Friday to Monday), excluding Roadtrip weekends.

Regular Season
The LEC Summer Split gets underway on July 24, with the regular season running through until August 30.
Across these six weeks, there will be two Best-of-Threes each day, except for the captivating final day of the regular season, which will feature three matches. Depending how the season pans out, this final day of the regular season may have many teams’ fate hanging in the balance.
For matches at the RGA in Berlin, showdays featuring two matches will begin at 17:00 CEST, while the showday with three matches will start at 14:00 CEST to accommodate the full schedule of action.
Playoffs
Playoffs will start September 5 and run to September 20. It’ll be non-stop drama for the six qualified teams. Each show day will have a pivotal Best-of-Five match starting at 17:00 CEST.
The winners that make it through the first few weeks of playoffs will make it to the pinnacle of the season: the LEC Summer Finals. This year, the major event will take place in the Palais Nikaia in Nice, France for three days of phenomenal action.
The Friday match in Nice will decide our last Worlds qualifier, Saturday will lock in our top two seeds, and Sunday will be an incredible spectacle with an amazing opening ceremony and an equally breathtaking title decider.
If this Summer wasn’t exciting enough already, we also have two more electric Roadtrips to look forward to this split with crucial games taking place in arenas.

The Summer Split gets underway with a blockbuster opening weekend in Paris, where Karmine Corp will host the first matches of the regular season. We’re getting straight into some of the juiciest matchups. Friday has an explosive all-French showdown between KC and Team Vitality, followed by a clash between KC and MKOI on Saturday. Then, on Sunday, one of the league’s biggest rivalries returns as G2 and KC meet once again in a must-watch rematch.
From July 24 to 26, fan clubs of all kinds will flood into the adidas arena, from the Blue Wall to the Vitality Bees, the G2 Army, and Las Karpas. The first match each day will start at 16:30 CEST and tickets are already available for purchase here.
But that’s not all… We’ve been cooking up something special for this Roadtrip so stay tuned for more details. We can promise it’ll be one for the books!

The first week of Playoffs, from September 5 to 6, will take place in the Madrid Arena in Spain thanks to Movistar KOI. With just two days for this roadtrip, there will be a packed schedule, including the rare chance to witness the LES Finals live.
Saturday will feature two Best-of-Fives with the first match kicking off at 12:00 CEST. Sunday will open with the Liga Española de League of Legends (LES) Finals, a Best-of-Five match between the top Spanish ERL teams before jumping back into LEC action with another Best-of-Five to wrap up the weekend.
This is your chance not only to watch some of the best matches featuring LEC playoff-qualified teams, but also to support your favorite LES team and emerging Spanish talent live in the arena.
Don’t miss out on this exciting weekend! Tickets are now available to purchase here.
We know you’re just as pumped for this upcoming split and we’re so excited to have you join us to experience the action live in person.
Tickets for the first three weeks are on sale now at emeatickets.lolesports.com and cost €15. The next batch of tickets will be released July 15.
Please note that Week 5 of the regular season will take place on the new broadcast-first Studio Stage. Additionally, Monday and Friday match days during the regular season will be broadcast without a live audience, meaning no tickets will be available in Berlin for those days, as this helps enable us to deliver two Roadtrips during the Summer Split.
If you can’t make it to Berlin, there are of course chances to join us in Paris, Madrid and Nice this split too! Make sure you secure tickets for the city nearest to you and join us for what promises to be a very special summer.
Competition has been fierce this year. Can anyone stop G2? Who will make a surprise run into the Playoffs? Which breakout star will write their name in history? And most importantly, who will defend EMEA’s honour at Worlds this year? All of those questions will be answered in the coming months and we cannot wait for you to join us!
