2026 LEC Awards Overview
Here is a full list of awards available throughout the 2026 season.

The Voting Criteria
Each award has strict eligibility rules and a thorough voting process to ensure we maintain competitive integrity.
Season MVP
The Season MVP recognizes one star player that had an outstanding performance during the regular season. This award will only be handed out in the Spring and Summer Split, with the voting process taking place before their respective Split Playoffs start. Once the regular season has concluded, our panel of experts will each select their top three candidates and the player with the most votes wins.
Who votes? A panel of pro players, pro team staff, journalists, broadcast partners and broadcast talent.
Who’s eligible? Players that have participated in at least six games of the regular season.
All Pro
The Spring and Summer All Pro awards recognise the best-performing players from the regular season in each position to create a star-studded line-up. The panel of experts will select their top three players for each role so that we are left with three full All Pro lineups, based on the number of votes. Team 1 will have all the winners of each role and will be announced during each split’s respective Playoffs.
Who votes? A panel of pro players, pro team staff, journalists, broadcast partners and broadcast talent. Same as the Season MVP
Who’s eligible? Players that have participated in at least six games of the regular season.
Finals MVP
Additionally, we will crown a Finals MVP after every Championship match, to celebrate the best individual performance from the winning team. With the LEC Versus Finals just around the corner, this will be the first award handed out in 2026. Keep your eyes peeled for this on March 1!
Who votes? A smaller panel of experts than the regular season awards, consisting of journalists, casters, broadcast partners, co-streamers, and analysts.
Who’s eligible? All the players in the winning team.
LEC Rookie of the Year
Finally, at the end of the season, we will crown the LEC Rookie of the Year to celebrate the brightest prospect to emerge in 2026.
Who votes? A panel of pro players, pro team staff, journalists, broadcast partners and broadcast talent.
To be eligible for this award, the player will need to meet the following criteria:
Must be currently active in the LEC at the time of the vote
Must have participated in at least 2 of the 3 splits of 2026
Must have participated in at least 50% of each of the split’s scheduled games
However, even if the above criteria are met, the following criteria would disqualify a pro from participating in the vote:
Must only participate in one Rookie vote in their career
Must not have participated in Rookie votes in other regions
Must not have participated in more than 4 splits to be eligible
FAQ
Why is there no All Pro or Season MVP award in LEC Versus?
Since the time between Winter Break and First Stand is limited, the LEC Versus regular season is more condensed, which means players have fewer opportunities to fully showcase their performances.
Spring and Summer have longer, and more extensive regular seasons that span over many weeks and give ample opportunities for experts to form strong opinions that should accurately reflect individual contributions.
We are regularly evaluating new ways to celebrate and recognize professional players’ successes and performances across different competitive moments, while also ensuring fairness.
Who are the experts voting for Finals MVPs?
Our panels include the talent on the analyst and caster desk on the day of Finals, journalists and reporters that are active and relevant to the existing LEC scene, and broadcast partners that are covering the event in other languages. The voting panel for this award is typically smaller than the other awards since the votes are collected shortly after the nexus falls.
Why will Rookies only competing in this year's Summer Split not be eligible in this year's Rookie of the Year vote?
The vote for Rookie of the Year takes place following the end of the Summer Split, so we believe it would be unfair to judge a Rookie's abilities after just one split, especially when up against players who played all throughout the year.
But don’t worry! Those Rookies only joining the LEC in Summer will still be eligible for a future Rookie of the Year Award, should they remain an active LEC player. For example, a player who joined the LEC in Summer 2025 would instead be eligible for the 2026 LEC Rookie of the Year award as long as they meet the rest of the eligibility criteria.
