Worlds 2021 Merch is here!...But things are a little different than we had anticipated. While we are excited to be able to hold the League of Legends World Championship in Reykjavik, Iceland this year, due to the sudden location change, we were not able to produce a collection that would represent the new location. The Worlds 2021 collection features beautiful and unique designs inspired by the original Shenzhen, China location.
Rather than having our Worlds 2021 collection go to waste, we will sell select merchandise at a discounted rate of 20% and have the proceeds donated to charities that support COVID relief efforts through the Riot Games Social Impact Fund. From October 5th, 2021 to December 31st, 2022, Riot will contribute 100% of the gross proceeds to the Riot Games Social Impact Fund in partnership with ImpactAssets. This collection will be available for purchase at the Riot Games Store.

Riot Games Social Impact Fund

The Riot Games Social Impact Fund is a unique philanthropic venture fund that allows us to make direct investments into a variety of global organizations aimed at solving some of the world’s most pressing issues. It is also an independent entity separate from Riot Games the developer and publisher, and structured in such a way that all funding must be used to pursue positive social impact in our areas of focus. Since its inception, the Social Impact Fund has distributed $13.3M in grants to more than 400 nonprofits across 25 regions around the world.
Donations will directly support pandemic relief by giving doctors, nurses, and other frontline workers the resources they need to act quickly and protect those most vulnerable. Money raised will also provide critical financial aid to families and individuals who’ve been negatively impacted by the virus.
