**CONTEXT:**
Riot Games Competitive Operations received a report about Szewczak and together with Ultraliga staff conducted an investigation. The investigation uncovered multiple infractions from Szewczak’s side including:
- In-game toxicity,
- Elo boosting,
- Win trading,
- Account sharing.
During a Youtube interview, Szewczak has shown various tweets and match result screenshots which allowed Riot to do a detailed analysis and confirmed their accuracy.
As a conclusion, with unquestionable proof, Riot found Szewczak to have been doing the aforementioned infractions multiple times across multiple seasons, across both EU and NA regions.
**RULING:**
Konrad "Kaseko" Szewczak has violated multiple rules which are contained in ERL Rulebook 10.3.4. and will be suspended until 16 February 2023.
**RELEVANT RULES:**
- ERL Rulebook: 10.3.4. Infractions will be governed by the ERL Penalty Index, the LEC Penalty Index and/or the [Global Penalty Index][1] for major infractions.
- List of infractions:
a) Elo boosting - Assuming control of another player’s account for the purpose of increasing their ranked queue rating in exchange for personal gain.
b) Ranked ladder manipulation (wintrading).
c) Account sharing.
d) Conduct unbecoming of an ERL team member.

Competitive Ruling: Ultraliga - Kaseko
Konrad "Kaseko" Szewczak, Head coach of the team “Maroon Bells” in Ultraliga 2nd Division committed various LoL esports rule violations and is now suspended for one year.
